CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy – The Refined Style Co. We value your time and kindly ask that you respect ours as well. Cancellations We require at least 24–48 hours notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service total. No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and may be charged up to 100% of the service total. Future bookings may require full prepayment. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24–48 hours notice without penalty. Repeated last-minute changes may require a deposit to book future appointments. Late Arrivals We allow a 10–15 minute grace period. Arrivals beyond this time may result in a shortened service or cancellation, with the cancellation fee applied. Deposits Deposits (if required) are non-refundable but may be applied toward one rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given.
